No Man's Sky has improved greatly over the years. The Xbox 1 version reflects that. GS gave it an 8, many Xbox centric sites are giving positive reviews in the 80's. But that was almost a year ago the game should have improved even more by now. VR is just icing on the cake.
That's what I thought. Take2's worth around 12B and Sony's around 60B. So what the OP is implying that Sony will buy a company largely 'in cash' that's 20% of their entire worth. This is just for what T2' current market cap is and for any company to acquire they have to usually pay a much higher price compared to their market value.
